CLAIMS ASSISTANCE
Expert Guidance for the Benefits You Have Earned
When veterans choose to have us manage their claims, we go beyond paperwork. We start by learning their service background and trade, then research our successful cases that we have submitted to Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) to build a strong, evidence-backed submission.
We provide a personalized roadmap outlining recommended actions, offered completely free of charge that veterans can follow independently. For those who need additional assistance, our benefits navigators offer one-on-one support with transportation, housing, accessibility needs, and more. We partner with teams of medical practitioners who provide support for physical and mental health concerns, whether for one-time consultations or ongoing care.
If a veteran chooses to have 270 West Consulting help navigate the claim process, we provide comprehensive support, from organizing documentation and coordinating with healthcare professionals to guiding communication with VAC and assisting with appeals. Our support continues even after a claim is approved, helping veterans access long-term benefits and services. For successful claims that result in a lump sum payment, we charge a contingency fee of 10% (plus HST). This is our only revenue-generating service.
“The services Alex provided really matters. The approach of 270 West Consulting is less intimidating, and less stressful than dealing directly with other Agencies. Thank you! Without you, I would have given up on the process years ago! I really got a feeling that you were listening to me, and not just pushing paperwork. Thank you for respecting me.”
