We are seeking a Client Care Administrator to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and passionate about helping others. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients and will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line client support over the phone
- Contact customer leads and keep detailed records of outreaches
- Act as liaison with medical and mental health clinics that support clients
- Assist team members with administrative tasks and client file management
- Manage emails and scheduling efficiently and professionally
- Maintain detailed and accurate client notes in our systems
- Ensure a welcoming and respectful environment for all clients
- Support the coordination of appointments, follow-ups, and documentation
- Support reception, office management and various logistics duties as needed
- Other duties related to the core role as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with CRM systems would be an asset
- Experience in and aptitude for administrative role(s)
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and accurate note-taking habits
